The Amar Ekushey Book Fair is an annual month-long event held every February in Dhaka, Bangladesh, organized by the Bangla Academy. It commemorates the martyrs of the 1952 Language Movement, honoring their sacrifice for the recognition of the Bangla language. The fair takes place at the Bangla Academy premises and the historic Suhrawardy Udyan, featuring a vast array of books across various genres and subjects.
On International Mother Language Day, February 21, the fair operates from 8 AM to 9 PM, accommodating the influx of visitors who come to pay their respects and explore the literary offerings.https://www.msrblogs.com/students/wp-admin/
